EXPERIENCE

Having joined TOK Commercial in 2013, Karena offers a focus on office investment acquisition and disposition, as well as office leasing respresenting buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. She provides clients with financial analysis, transaction management, in depth market data, and property valuation. With a strong knowledge of the construction process from over 12 years as an owner's representative and construction manager, she offers her clients substantial insight as they determine their building needs. 

Karena takes pride in building long lasting, trusted relationships with her clients. Understanding their goals, beyond the brick and mortar, she is able to meet her client's unique needs and objectives. Whether it's in creating long term investment strategies or working with tenants, her diligent use of strategy will be sure to secure the ideal location to fit their needs and find success.

Her early commitment to smart building solutions and experience in high performance building provides insight into best practices which can contribute to the success of a building, it's owners and occupants.

When she's not at work, Karena enjoys the endless recreation that Idaho has to offer, traveling, music, and the arts.

EDUCATION

Karena holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Boise State University.

TOK Commercial's Office Report for Q2 2021 in the Boise MSA

The closing of Q1 demonstrated that 2021's office market is off to a solid start in the Boise MSA, posting 310,000 square feet of positive net absorption. This is the second strongest quarter (second only to Q4 2020) in the past five years.
