Devin Pierce joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2007 and became a partner in the firm in 2015. Devin’s primary focus includes industrial landlord and tenant representation, industrial development consultation, and investment sales.
In 2004, Devin began his commercial real estate career focusing on industrial real estate throughout the Treasure Valley. Devin quickly established a reputation of staying ahead of trends, unearthing opportunities, and building strong relationships within the industrial community, providing his clients with innovative solutions and successful results.
During his career, Devin has been viewed as an industry front-runner, leading him to speak at various commercial real estate platforms to give his professional insight on trends, marketing statistics, and the state of the industrial market as a whole within the Treasure Valley.
Devin has been a part of the elite Society of Office and Industrial Realtor (SIOR) membership since 2015. SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association with more than 3,200 members worldwide. The SIOR designation is earned by proving the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the commercial real estate industry. In 2018, Devin began serving as the President of the Idaho Chapter.
Over the course of his career with Thornton Oliver Keller, Devin has completed over 958 transactions resulting in excess of $271.1 million in total consideration.
Devin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in 2003. While at PLU, Devin played football under Frosty Westering, and was a part of the 1999 National Championship Team.

Devin resides in Boise with his wife, Annie, and two daughters, Ellie and Abigail. His hobbies include coaching his daughters in various sports activities and spending time with his family in the beautiful Idaho mountains.
