Grayson Stone is a fourth-generation Idahoan, Magic Valley native, and University of Idaho alumnus who joined the TOK Commercial team in 2019. His total transaction volume exceeds $177 million across a range of asset classes. Leveraging his deep community roots and long-standing relationships, Grayson is proud to call the Magic Valley home and has become a trusted expert in commercial real estate throughout the region. Grayson was recognized as Accomplished Under 40 by the Idaho Business Review in 2021 and named one of Idaho’s most influential commercial real estate professionals in the Idaho Business Review’s annual CRE Power 25 in 2022. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023 and his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2024—a distinction held by less than 1% of all commercial real estate professionals globally—and became a partner of the firm in 2026.

Grayson is a co-founder and past chair of the Idaho Pediatric Cancer Coalition, has served on the Board of Directors for the Twin Falls Area Chamber of Commerce (Past Chair), served as a commissioner for the City of Twin Falls Planning and Zoning, and currently holds Seat #2 on the Twin Falls City Council.

Grayson is married with two beautiful daughters, is an avid outdoorsman, and actively trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
