Bradley Nicoll joined TOK Commercial’s Eastern Idaho brokerage team in 2024, following a successful professional career as a Welding Engineer at Miller Electric Manufacturing.
With this experience, he brings a strong skill set in project management along with a detail-oriented mindset, which not only cultivates a seamless transaction process with clients and team members but also drives his deals forward with efficiency and accuracy. In addition, Bradley provides unique, in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate from his extensive background and network of connections in the commercial development, home construction, and mortgage lending industries.
Bradley is well-versed in industrial product, specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties as well as tenant representation across Eastern Idaho. Bradley is a graduate of Brigham Young University - Idaho (BYUI) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering Technology.
FAMILY, HOBBIES & INTERESTS
Outside of work, Bradley will take any excuse he can get to go exploring! From mountaineering and rock climbing to hiking and mountain biking, Bradley can’t get enough of Idaho’s great outdoors. Some of his favorite memories are those made on the many camping trips he has taken with his family to Swan Valley and Driggs. Bradley and his wife look forward to hiking to the top of many of Idaho’s mountains with their three kids as they get older.
