EXPERIENCE

Amy Bushlach joined TOK Commercial in 2025, as the firm’s Business Development Specialist, offering clients a valuable advisor and advocate, capable of transforming a range of commercial real estate management, maintenance, and brokerage requirements into partnerships across TOK’s service lines, providing compelling solutions, maximizing assets, applying operational efficiencies, and providing a results-oriented, proactive perspective to every project.

Amy actively engages current and prospective clients with a personal, collaborative approach.  She offers guidance to property owners, landlords, tenants, local businesses, developers, and institutional investors on a variety of property management and property services solutions.   Her ability to connect clients with internal teams provides tailored, expertly communicated strategies that delivers solutions, build rapport, and grows trust with all stakeholders.  

Amy brings over a decade of professional experience building private client and business partnerships in residential and commercial business development for the banking and title industries, most recently at Chicago Title.

EDUCATION

 Amy is a graduate of Boise State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications.  

FAMILY, HOBBIES & INTERESTS

Amy is the proud mom of four amazing girls.  Their family enjoys dance and spending time together.  Amy relocated back to the Boise Valley in 2025 after spending time in California, Oregon, and Utah!
