Rebekah joined TOK Commercial in 2010. Rebekah brings to her clients both hard work and a commitment to results. Her friendly, professional relationship with clients offers them the best customer service in the business. Rebekah received TOK Commercial‘s “Property Manager of the Year” award in 2016 and the company’s “Outstanding Service” award in 2011. Rebekah is currently the only LEED Green Associate within our management team.
Rebekah has vast property management experience with a variety of commercial properties. Her portfolio includes a mix of retail, office and light industrial properties such as C.W. Moore Plaza, Mercato Center, Eagle Clock Tower, Premier TitleOne, and Tenth & Main.
Rebekah’s ten years of management experience allows her clients to benefit from a myriad of skill sets including tenant relations, vendor management, collections, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. Rebekah’s proactive approach to a property’s management is a signature trait. Her focus on the expedient resolution of issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication, correspondence, and budget preparation all ensure that her properties are providing the best return possible.

Rebekah graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Rebekah is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and is currently serving a two-year term as President of the Idaho Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Rebekah has previously served as IREM’s Speaker Chair in 2012, Member at Large in 2016, and Vice President (2018- 2020).
Rebekah also holds the LEED Green Associate designation awarded by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
FAMILY, HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Rebekah and her husband, Jeff, live in Boise with their two children, Delaney and Kellen. They are all avid Boise State Football fans and relish football season every year.
