As the construction of the 11th & Idaho office building quickly progresses, anticipation abounds as the project is slated to welcome office tenants by year's end.
BoiseDev recently hosted a virtual event highlighting the new 11th & Idaho development as the "Future of Downtown." Scott Schoenherr, a partner with the project's development firm, Rafanelli and Nahas, took viewers on a guided interior tour of the building which allowed the public its first sneak peek at the project.
The building's amenities were prominently on display and included an incredible rooftop deck with 360-degree views, naturally-lit, bright office space with stunning views of the Boise front, a serene 30,000 SF neighboring park, and a dramatic lobby featuring a local artist's Idaho landscapes. Throughout the tour, Mr. Schoenerr offered detailed explanations regarding the thoughtful design and intention incorporated throughout the building which was designed by award-winning architect, Perkins & Will.
11th & Idaho's retail space already boasts Broadcast Coffee, a new coffeeshop to the area, owned and operated by Boise native, Barry Faught.
