On March 17th Rafanelli & Nahas placed the final beam on the 11th & Idaho building, downtown Boise’s much anticipated 10-story office building, marking the completion of a significant phase of construction.
Scott Schoenherr, a partner at Rafanelli & Nahas, commented, “This is a major milestone for this important project and is the culmination of tireless work from a lot of folks … We’ve been working on getting this project built for 10 years.”
Construction began in August 2019 and completion is expected in October 2020. Tenants should begin occupying the building before the end of 2020.
TOK Commercial is handling the marketing of the project’s office and retail space. The team of agents involved in leasing the project, includes Peter Oliver, Mike Greene, Brianna Miller and Mark Schlag. Peter Oliver commented, “Everyone at TOK is thrilled to be involved with this fantastic project. The 11th & Idaho building will set a new standard for class A+ office space in Boise and will be eagerly received by the business community.”
