Wild Frontier Beer Project, Inc. renewed their 4,850 square feet of industrial space in the South Cole Industrial Center, located at 2772 S. Cole Road in Boise. Chris Pearson, Mike Greene, Nick Schuitemaker, and Peter Oliver of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction. 

Ready-Made Plastic Trays leased 10,020 square feet of industrial space in the A.I. Meridian Business Center, located at 88 N. Touchmark Way in Meridian. Chris Pearson and Mike Arnold of TOK Commercial represented the landlord. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce of TOK Commercial represented the tenant. 

RMS, LLC purchased 1.03 acres at 8852 W. Franklin Road in Boise. Erik McNary and John Stevens of TOK Commercial represented the seller.

Nulph Properties, LLC purchased the Oakes Brothers Building, located at 718-720 Main Street in Caldwell. Brianna Miller of TOK Commercial represented the seller.

The Sage International School of Boise, a Public Charter School, Inc. purchased Parkcenter Pointe, located at 1509 & 1513 Tyrell Lane in Boise. John Stevens of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction for the buyer and seller.
