Ulteig Engineers, Inc. renewed their 6,302 square feet of office space in C.W. Moore Plaza, located at 250 S. 5th Street in Boise. Patrick Shalz of TOK Commercial represented the landlord. Renee Chastain of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. represented the tenant. 

Idaho HOA Management, LLC leased 654 square feet of retail space located at 901-905 Main Street in Caldwell. Brianna Miller and Moses Mukengezi of TOK Commercial represented the landlord and tenant. 

Modern Property Holdings, LLC purchased 9.81 acres at 9177 Federal Way in Boise. Devin Pierce, Erik McNary and Dan Minnaert of TOK Commercial represented the buyer.

ACC Properties, LLC purchased 5 acres on Rollandet Avenue in Idaho Falls. Dustin Mortimer of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction for the buyer and seller.
