EGT Solar renewed their 3,600 square feet of retail space located at 401 N. Main Street in Meridian. Holly Chetwood and JP Green of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction. 

Modern Property Holdings, LLC purchased 9.81 acres at 9177 Federal Way in Boise. Devin Pierce, Erik McNary and Dan Minnaert of TOK Commercial represented the buyer.

ACC Properties, LLC purchased 5 acres on Rollandet Avenue in Idaho Falls. Dustin Mortimer of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction for the buyer and seller.
