Darren Puetz: Ramping up Pocatello Square Leasing Activity

Darren Puetz of TOK Commercial is helping to accelerate the growth of retail shopping in Pocatello.  Darren has recently facilitated a lease agreement with Grocery Outlet in the area’s major retail center, Pocatello Square, which is just the beginning of new shopping options for Pocatello residents. In a recent interview with the Idaho State Journal, Puetz states that, “The businesses already located at Pocatello Square and those that are new additions are all thriving and will be for years to come.” Puetz also recently helped to bring Maurices to the shopping center, attracting the interest of many in Pocatello.

A prominent article in the September 2022 edition of the East Idaho Business Journal explored the impact that a new 110,000 SF Amazon warehouse facility would have in the Idaho Falls area. The Journal's article referenced the fact that "Idaho Falls’ commercial real estate vacancy rate is at a record low, with total vacancy at 1.6 percent. And, despite limited product, leasing activity remains strong, according to TOK Commercial’s third-quarter market report, which looks at office, industrial and retail sectors as all three adjust to new demands for design models and location needs throughout Bonneville County and the surrounding area."
