An investor purchased an office condominium in St. Mary's Crossing, located at 2537 W. State Street in Boise. Al Marino of TOK Commercial represented the seller. 

CK Rogers, Inc. renewed their 4,850 square feet of industrial space in the South Cole Industrial Center, located at 2772 S. Cole Road in Boise. Chris Pearson and Peter Oliver of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction.

As many areas of Idaho continue to experience significant growth — from residents, to development, and employment — Twin Falls has followed suit.  Typically known for its strong agricultural industry, recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics proves that Twin Falls is experiencing significant growth in many other industries with one of the largest percentages of growth in non-farm employment across the nation in the past year.

Idaho Falls, with a trade area of over 250,000 people, is the 4th largest city in Idaho serving the entire eastern side of the state with major retailers, entertainment, education, and workforce opportunities.  Milken Institute's Best-Performing Cities in 2021 Index recently placed Idaho Falls in the top spot for 'Best Performing Small Cities', a six-spot increase from its former ranking.
