RETAIL | Retailers and restaurants are enjoying substantial success across Idaho with leasing activity driven by a healthy mix of new and expanding businesses.

PRESENT MARKET CONDITIONS

Creative Nail Spa, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Orchard Park, located on W. Chinden Blvd. in Meridian. JP Green of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction.
