Idaho Legal Aid Services purchased 3,659 square feet of office space located at 496 Shoup Ave., Suite G, in Twin Falls.
A local investor purchased 2.99 acres located at 11950 Karcher Road.
Fleet Street, Inc. leased 31,605 square feet of industrial space located at 1445 W. Commerce Avenue in Boise.
Air Care, LLC renewed their 1,440 square feet of industrial space in the Eagle Industrial Center, located at 1756 E. State Street in Eagle.
