Food Truck Owner Seeks New Restaurant Location

In March 2023, Maggie Thai Kitchen, a healthy Asian-fusion food truck concept that had grown a very successful business with a loyal client base over the past three years, decided to begin searching for a restaurant location to take their operations to the next level.

SECOND GENERATION - NEW Location

In the highly competitive market of new restaurants popping up around Boise, Moses’s challenge was finding the perfect second generation space to attract new customers and keep serving the existing customer base for Maggie Thai.

Finding a second generation space was critical, as it helped to keep costs down for the incoming tenant - it provides much of the infrastructure needed such as a full kitchen, dish washing area and customer-fitted restrooms.

Moses initiated an exhaustive search of the market, with the help of TOK’s Research team, and developed promising survey of potential locations for Maggie Thai. After touring the market and evaluating the options, the perfect restaurant location was identified and Moses assisted Maggie Thai in selecting a contractor to complete the tenant improvements as well as connecting the business with an insurance agent to open the right policy for the business’ new location.

RESULTS DELIVERED
SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF MAGGIE THAI'S FIRST RESTAURANT LOCATION

In August 2023, Maggie Thai launched its new brick-and-mortar restaurant in West Boise’s retail hub near Boise Towne Square Mall, at the intersection of Milwaukee St. and Fairview Ave. The location has positioned Maggie Thai for success with a high visibility location, superb synergies from neighboring retailers, and ease of access for customers.
