Rue 21 vacated 5,100 SF at Treasure Valley Marketplace in the Caldwell Blvd submarket where vacancy is 7.0%. Chick-fil-A opened their first Nampa location at Treasure Valley Crossing (4,900 SF). 2C Family Brewing Company bought 1215 1st Street in South Nampa where vacancy declined to 10.3%.
