2018 has been a booming year for commercial construction in Twin Falls. According to The East Idaho Business Journal, the number of new commercial buildings has nearly doubled from 2017. There have been 59 new commercial building permits issued this year with an estimated total value of $63 million. The permit with the single largest value ($15.2 million), was issued in February for an expansion at Jayco’s RV & Trailers on Hankins Road.
