We are pleased to announce the promotion of Candice Ranson-Hartman and Laura O’Dell as Regional Property Managers where they will lead TOK’s team of twenty-two highly experienced property management professionals in offices across Idaho. In their new roles as Regional Property Managers, Ranson-Hartman and O’Dell will continue to manage their own portfolios while also playing a more amplified leadership role within the company, establishing best practices and overseeing the growth of the property management team and management portfolios within their regional markets.
Laura O’Dell is a partner in the firm and is based out of TOK’s Coeur d’Alene office. Laura will serve as the firm’s Regional Property Manager for the Inland Northwest, Magic Valley, and Eastern Idaho markets. She manages over 645,000 SF of properties for TOK’s clients, holding the highly regarded Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Washington state real estate license.
Candice Ranson-Hartman is a partner in the firm and is based out of TOK’s Boise office. Candice will serve as TOK’s Regional Property Manager for the Boise Valley. She manages over 1.2 million SF of properties for TOK’s clients, is an active member of the Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA) and is currently a candidate for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM®) Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
The promotion of Ranson-Hartman and O’Dell exemplifies our long-term commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities and is the result of significant growth within the firm’s property management portfolio of over 8 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, self-storage and medical properties. Candice and Laura initially started their careers at TOK Commercial as Assistant Property Managers, and now boast nearly 30 years of combined experience in leading property management.
