Unveiling the Future of Industrial Real Estate at IAMC Fall 2023 Forum

The team from TOK Commercial recently had the privilege of attending and sponsoring the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) Fall 2023 Forum in Boise, Idaho. IAMC is the world's preeminent industrial and manufacturing real estate trade association. The group's mission is to provide a dynamic platform for professional development, networking, and a treasure trove of resources for its members, both in the United States and abroad.  

Matt Barrow purchased 3.73 acres at TBD Industrial Circle in Idaho Falls. Darren Puetz and Nick Terry of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction.

Mountain Modulars LLC leased 10,500 square feet of industrial space in located at 8068 W. Woodlark Road in Boise. Chris Pearson of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction.

Regal Coffee Company renewed their 2,260 square feet of industrial space located at 216 W. 38th Street in Boise. Chris Pearson of TOK Commercial facilitated the transaction.

Valley Office Systems renewed their 12,995 square feet of industrial space in Kendall Center located at 5461-5527  Kendall Street in Boise. Chris Pearson and Gavin Phillips of TOK Commercial facilitated this transaction.
