EXPERIENCE

Zack Stoddard joined Thornton Oliver Keller’s Office brokerage team in 2016, following a highly successful college education at the University of Puget Sound and commercial real estate internships designed to introduce him to the nuances and best practices of the industry.

Mentored by Thornton Oliver Keller’s Office brokerage team, comprised of Idaho’s most respected and influential Office specialists, Zack has gained a significant breadth of commercial real estate brokerage knowledge and is perfecting the specialized requirements of Office tenant and landlord representation.

EDUCATION

Zack is a graduate of University of Puget Sound and received a Bachelor of Science in Business and History (dual degree) in 2015. He also holds his Washington Real Estate Brokerage License and is a certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR).

Zack’s background includes experience in virtually every facet of commercial real estate, including: property leasing, property management and commercial development. In addition, he boasts extensive experience in market data and analytics, project marketing and client prospecting.

HOBBIES & INTERESTS

Zack enjoys wake boarding, trail running and spending as much time as possible in Idaho’s great outdoors.
