EXPERIENCE

Bob Mitchell joined Thornton Oliver Keller as a retail specialist in 1997.  Along with his brokerage and development experience, he has also managed a wide variety of shopping malls and power centers.  Bob has been a partner in the firm since 2000.  

Bob’s extensive representation background has proven invaluable to clients who need sites found, spaces leased and transactions completed.  

Bob has worked on several projects of significance in the Boise area, including:  Treasure Valley Marketplace, Treasure Valley Crossing, and the Family Center at Federal Way.

Bob has performed leasing, site search and site disposition work for many retailers, including:  Albertsons, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Olive Garden, Five Guys, Culver’s and Fred Meyer.

PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Bob has been a featured speaker at a wide variety of business forums and has also been a guest lecturer at Boise State University, Idaho State University, Utah State University and The College of Idaho.

EDUCATION

Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah in 1978.  He has earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) professional designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

FAMILY

Bob and his wife, Betty, live in Eagle and have four grown children and nine grandchildren.
