Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the addition of Pam Sprute to our investment services team.  Pam brings extensive commercial real estate experience, including sales of office, retail, and industrial buildings, as well as residential development and land track developments.   Pam is also highly specialized in the distressed real estate asset market and represents both banks and buyers. 

Pam comes to Thornton Oliver Keller from Cushman and Wakefield Commerce where she was the top producer in 2012 and also received the sale of the year award.  Prior to Cushman, Pam was with Grubb and Ellis for eight years.   

Pam graduated with a Master in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco (2002).  She holds an undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from Gonzaga University (1987) as well as a marketing certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, (2006).

Mountain Prime, LLC purchased 10,000 square feet of retail space located at 1518-1560 N. Main Street in Meridian, ID. Ben Zamzow, CCIM, SCLS and Mark Schlag, CCIM, CLS of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the seller.

 

Brewer's Haven leased 5,100 square feet of retail space at 1311 12th Ave Nampa, ID.  Ben Zamzow, CCIM, SCLS of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant.
 

306 N. 3rd Street in McCall, Idaho was sold to an out of state purchaser. John Stevens, CCIM of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the seller.  The contract closed in 1 week.

Valley Regional Transit purchased a 26,595 square foot retail/showroom/service building on approximately 4 acres at 5807 Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, ID. John Stevens, CCIM of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the seller, Larry H. Miller Auto Group.
 

General Supply & Services, Inc., dba Gexpro leased 8,085 square feet of industrial space in Victory Building I located at 2962 S. Victory View Way in Boise, ID. Thornton Oliver Keller’s Gavin Phillips represented the tenant and Peter Oliver, SIOR, CCIM, Chris Pearson, SIOR, and Scott Raeber, CCIM represented the Landlord.

 

Papa Murphy's renewed their 1,400 square foot retail lease in the Ten Mile & Cherry Plaza Shops in Meridian.  Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord.

An entity controlled by Rocky Mountain Companies purchased 2.273 acres of land from D.L. Evans Bank and entered into a long-term build to suit with NAPA Auto Parts on a portion of the property.  Approximately 1.116 acres remains on the hard corner of Fairview Avenue and Wildwood Way and is now available.  Peter Oliver, SIOR, CCIM, represented the buyer, and Al Marino, SIOR, and Grove Hummert of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the seller the transaction.
