Scott has an extensive commercial real estate background in a broad range of disciplines including project and construction management, sales team leadership, development, site selection, leasing and investment sales. He recently served as Project Manager and Director of Sales for Brighton Corporation, a premier commercial developer in the Boise Metro Area, where he specialized in commercial development, lease and sale negotiations, and site acquisitions in Washington and Minnesota.
Scott began his professional career as an Environmental Geologist for Atlanta Testing and Engineering and realizing a lifetime goal was to learn commercial development he returned to academics in 1995 for an MBA. Upon graduation he began his real estate career in Atlanta as a marketing and leasing agent for Bullock Terrell and Mannelly. This position provided exposure into marketing, leasing, sales and management of an 850 acre business park consisting of over 4.7 million SF of development. Within three years Scott added project management to his skill set when the business park was acquired by Crescent Resources, a joint venture between Duke Energy and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. During his tenure at Crescent, Scott was honored by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as the Top Young Producer of the Year, a Top Five Industrial Producer and the Outstanding Young Realtor of the Year.
Feeling the draw to Idaho for its vibrant and family oriented lifestyle Scott feels fortunate to have joined Thornton Oliver Keller as an office and industrial brokerage specialist. With a strong background in all facets of real estate Scott is an integral team member.

Family, Hobbies, and Interests
Scott resides in Boise with his wife Nancy, son Mac and daughter Annie. He enjoys cycling, skiing, fly fishing, hunting and golf.
