Michelle Crenshaw, ACoM® joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2005. Her reputation for bringing a high level of professionalism and customer service to her clients and tenants is well established. Michelle enjoys the opportunity to work with her clients as they collaborate together on the management of the properties in her portfolio.
Michelle is currently responsible for managing nearly 600,000 square feet of commercial property in the Boise Metro area and McCall. Her portfolio includes Explorer Pointe (office), 12000 Executive (industrial) and Marketplace at McCall (retail). Michelle’s experience with distressed properties has benefitted both owners and lenders as they navigate the complex financial and management procedures required to stabilize and/or dispose of the properties.
Michelle’s attention to detail, clear communication, and focus on “tasks at hand” results in trusted relationships with tenants, colleagues, vendors and property owners. Michelle also dedicates considerable time and involvement in the Thornton Oliver Keller sustainability initiative which strategizes optimal management practices for the company’s entire portfolio.
Michelle is comfortable with all aspects of management and is particularly adept at researching and securing Idaho Power incentive rebates for retrofit lighting projects which benefit both the owners she represents and their tenants. |

Michelle received her Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) candidate. She is also a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a LEED Green Associate. Michelle is a member of the International Building Operators Association (IBOA) as well as the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Michelle and her husband, Michael, live in Star and love to spend time with family and friends. Her immediate family includes her husband, two sons and a daughter, a daughter-in-law, and three precious grandchildren.
