Gavin Phillips joined Thornton Oliver Keller’s brokerage team in June of 2007, bringing with him a wealth of educational experience and an attitude focused on teamwork.
Gavin graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He received a B.A. in Government with concentration on International Relations as well as a B.A. in Sociology with concentration on Markets, Management and the Economy. Gavin was a standout student at Dartmouth as he completed coursework in American Government, Comparative Politics, Marketing, Domestic/International Economics, and Globalization. He spent time studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain, studying topics such as International Business, Spanish, and Marketing/Business Practices in the European Union. Gavin was also a member of the Dartmouth lacrosse team; a nationally ranked Division I team. During his four years on the team, Dartmouth won an Ivy League Championship and received an NCAA tournament bid in 2003.
Gavin completed Thornton Oliver Keller’s 12 month training program in the summer of 2008. Mentored by Jerry Van Engen, SIOR, who is one of the most respected industrial leasing agents in the state, Gavin has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in a short period of time with Thornton Oliver Keller. Professional and Community Activities
• International representative in lacrosse and soccer visiting Mexico, Israel, UK, Australia, and France.
• Head coach of junior lacrosse team in South Australia plus other coaching roles in San Diego, California and Boise, Idaho.
• Gavin is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
• Business Network International, member.

Family, Hobbies, and Interests
Gavin moved to Boise in the spring of 2007 and quickly fell in love with the Treasure Valley and the many outdoor activities it offers. He continues to be involved in the lacrosse community and has been an assistant coach at Boise High School since 2008. Gavin’s passions include: fly fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, tennis, golf, and traveling.
