ten years of combined experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other various building maintenace repair issues, Dan delivers
a level of expertise and accountability that provides the professional service and peace of mind Thornton Oliver Keller’s clients are
looking for.

Dan currently supervises the maintenance team which services Thornton Oliver Keller’s management portfolio of 4.5 million square
feet of commercial property, including office, retail, and industrial projects. In addition, Dan oversees subcontractors associated
with these properties, including contract work on HVAC, Fire/Life Safety equipment and systems, security systems, exterior signage,
and parking lot maintenance.

Because Dan possesses extensive experience interacting with both tenants and property managers, he readily understands the
optimal scope of each property’s specific repair issues. Excelling in both the advisory and managerial requirements of his position,
Dan is one of Thornton Oliver Keller’s most valued assets.
