Bob Mitchell began his commercial real estate career in 1977. Along with his brokerage and development experience, he has also managed a wide variety of shopping malls and power centers. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah in 1978.
Bob served as General Manager of the one million sq. ft. Boise Towne Square Mall from ground breaking in 1986 through 1994. While managing the mall, occupancy doubled from 99 stores to 200 stores in just five years. Bob was the lead leasing agent on the recently completed 630,000 sq. ft. Treasure Valley Marketplace anchored by Costco, Target and Kohl’s in Nampa. The center also features Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Old Navy, Petco, Famous Footwear. Maurices, Dress Barn and Cost Plus just to name a few.
His property management experience also includes over one million square feet of strip and power centers. He earned the prestigious Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) professional designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Bob has worked full time as a retail brokerage specialist since 1994. His extensive representation background has proven invaluable to clients who need sites found, spaces filled and transactions completed.

Bob has been a featured speaker at a wide variety of business forums and has also been a guest lecturer at Boise State University, Idaho State University, Utah State University and College of Idaho.

Bob and his wife, Betty, live in Eagle and have one son and three daughters.
