Bill Gutridge, CPM® joined the Property Management team at Thornton Oliver Keller in 2007. He has navigated a wide range of
property management projects throughout his career from shopping center management to overseeing property renovations. Bill
is a highly regarded professional with focus, determination and valuable experience.

Bill’s management portfolio encompasses over 300,000 square feet of commercial properties. Properties under his management
include Midtowne Spectrum (retail), Stevens-Henager Building (office) and 2603 Sundance (industrial).

Bill’s extensive understanding of all aspects of property management means that he is comfortable with re-tenanting, tenant
improvements, building operations, lease negotiations, vendor relations and financial reporting. Bill draws from his indispensable
experience to tackle both the long-term strategic and immediate issues faced by property owners.

Bill works closely with Thornton Oliver Keller’s clients to develop and manage customized management programs that focus on
cost-efficient operations and tenant retention. His expertise includes office, retail and industrial properties.
 
 
Professional and Community Activities
 

Bill received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona. In 2008, Bill earned the Certified Property
Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Bill is also a LEED Green Associate and currently serves as a member at large on the IREM® Idaho Snake River Chapter's Executive Committee.

 
 
Family, Hobbies, and Interests
 

This is actually Bill’s third stint as an Idahoan.  His father’s employer built and maintained simulators for the Air Force and they were stationed twice at Mountain Home while Bill was growing up.  In 2005, he and his family (wife, Velvet, and four children) relocated to the state he had fallen in love with as a boy.
