Mark Bouchard

EXPERIENCE

Mark Bouchard has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1994. He joined TOK Commercial’s brokerage team after leading a storied career which included several significant leadership roles with a national brokerage firm and private development company. Over the past two decades, Mark held several high-level positions within CBRE, overseeing hundreds of employees and directing all business lines over a five state region (Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Idaho).

Mark leverages his vast corporate real estate knowledge as he guides and advises tenants in their search for commercial space or in financial analysis of leasing and sales contracts as acquisition and disposition decisions are navigated.

Likewise, his business acumen, coupled with an ability to discern and capitalize on market trends, offers landlords, developers, and investors actionable insights into optimal property positioning in competitive arenas. Mark’s deep experience in development, project and construction management delivers huge benefits to clients looking to build or develop innovative projects.

FAMILY, HOBBIES & INTERESTS

Mark and his wife Karen are the proud parents of four children and have seven grandchildren. Mark and Karen call Rigby, Idaho home where they are building a small ranch with plenty of animals to keep Karen and the grandchildren busy.
