EXPERIENCE

Lindsey Braden joined TOK Commercial in 2018 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to the Associate Property Manager position in 2021 where she also managed TOK’s team of Assistant Property Managers.

Lindsey’s management portfolio encompasses over 574,000 square feet of properties across Eastern Idaho. Her management expertise ranges across all property types, from retail, office and industrial properties. Properties within her expertise include 900 Pier View Drive (office), Hillcrest Plaza (retail) and Rivergate Crossing (retail).

Lindsey actively participates in the Idaho Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Lindsey received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boise State University.

Lindsey is an Idaho native and resides in Idaho Falls where she enjoys exploring the incredible variety of outdoor and community activities that living in Eastern Idaho offers.
